Here we are--4 days away from the end of chemotherapy and the beginning of a new season for Izzy. Her journey has epitomized Heavenly Father's love for our family and the plan of happiness that he has for each of us. He has placed amazing people along the path to lift us up and carry us through--we love you. Thank you all so much. Enjoy the video :)

Tell Izzy I am so proud of her and she is the strongest litte-big girl I know! You all have been through so much and congrats to you all for making it the 2 and 1/2 years. I really can't believe it has been that long! I miss you and hope you enjoy your hospital free freedom! Love from Michigan

You don't know me. But I left you a comment about a year ago on your blog. I am back living in Ann Arbor now and have heard so much about your family, mostly Izzy. Not even knowing her I still bawled through that video. I am so happy for you all. She is so brave. So are you. I had A.L.L. when I was three too and here I am. Four kids later. I am sure it is overwhelming to think what is next, but maybe it is comforting to know that there is a lot of hope for Izzy and her future. Medicine has come a long way. And she is beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing, even with me. :)

Thank you for sending this. Izzy is beautiful and so brave! Congratulations on her remission...such wonderful news!! I don't know if you remember, Carrie, when we talked at Bryant during the Read-a-Thon a few years ago about my nephew who was diagnosed with lymphoma when he was 9...well he is now 14, is cancer free and his doctor just recently approved yearly instead of 6 month check ups. So glad to hear about another incredible survivor story!!

Dear Izzy & family -

Congratulations! I am thrilled to hear that Izzy is finished with her treatment; I watched my brother go through chemo for Leukemia as well, so I know firsthand what a momentous occasion this is for all of you. I am so grateful that UM Stars was able to follow Izzy on her journey. She truly left a mark on all of us! Best wishes for health and happiness!

Absolutely loved this video!!! Jason and I just had Kate's end of chemo party last weekend and he had made a similar video for her. It is completely amazing to review the past 2 and 1/2 year of our families lives. I remember every picture from your posts and felt the stories flooding back (especially the seizure one - that scared me to death).
It's amazing how we can feel so close to you through our similar journeys. Much love to your family. May the rest our Izzy's journey be smooth sailing and poke free!
Love, Carolyn Hansen and Kate too
